Leslie Williams arrived to Orchard at RNOH and helped us identify solutions how to attract more Butterflies for the site and biodiversity in general. We also discussed solutions for the water logging problem the area has which caused devastation damage to some of the pruned ancient apple trees. You will probably find us very soon digging a ditch at the bottom of the orchard to create a small pond and also to solve the water problem. Leslie came with vast amount of helpful and vital information and we really wish to thanks him for that. Then we all picked up lots more apples from a very large and fertile Bramley apple tree which has until recently been hidden in the woods.
